Divorcing With Children

This one surprised us.  No matter how you look at it though, divorce is hard on kids grown or young. When divorcing with children, common sense, good parenting, and the law, all require that the interests of the child or the children must come first in the divorce proceedings.

We have born witness to many divorces with children, and many horrendous custody fights.  When working through your divorce, it is possible, sometime obvious, that the children are not learning good life lessons from battling parents.  Often, despite anecdotal stories, divorce actually is in the best interest of the kids, as well as the parents.

Let Brandon Legal Group help you navigate the intricacies of divorce.  Whether custody is contested, or already agreed to, whether or not child support has been agreed to, the best interest of the child is the paramount legal factor through the divorce, and afterwards.   We generally recommend that a co-parenting course is very appropriate if custody is to be shared, so that you can better understand the needs of the children, and understand how your language can affect your children in ways you never expected.

Brandon Legal Group divorce attorneys are available in Brandon, South Tampa, Tampa, Sun City Center and Wesley Chapel.   Call today, there will be no charge for your initial appointment.
