How much money is actually spent on Child Support?

In the fiscal year of 2011, child support payments amounting to nearly $27.3 billion were collected for the 17.3 million children in the caseload. In the fiscal year of 2011, total administrative expenditures came in at $5.7 billion, a decrease of 2% over the previous year.
