Unpaid Child Support, by the numbers.

43.4% custodial parents received all the child support they were owed in 2011. Around three-quarters (74.1% of custodial parents) received either full or partial payments.

(Source: Census Bureau, “Custodial Mothers and Fathers and their Child Support: 2011,” released October 2013.)

On the whole, 3/4 of those that were awarded child support received at least some of the child support awarded.  Only 43.4% received all the support that was awarded.
